Class Satisfaction and Registration Guarantees


Lowest Price Guarantee – We guarantee that classes listed on our site are offered at the lowest price possible. If there is a lower price that you are eligible for, (based on early registration or membership) our course providers will honor that price. We offer coupons for additional savings on some classes.

Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are dissatisfied with your class, we will contact the Provider on your behalf and get you the best refund possible.

Cancellation Guarantee – If a class you register in doesn’t run for any reason, we will give you a coupon for $10 off the next session of that class.


We require Connect2Classes providers to comply with our resolution process. Students and providers permit us to make a final decision, in our sole discretion, on any claim that a student files with Connect2Classes under the Connect2Classes Student Protection Policy. If we resolve a dispute in the student’s favor, we will refund the student for the full cost of the class (including any applicable sales taxes), and we will require the educator to reimburse us for the amount due to the student.


Are there any extra fees for registering on Connect2Classes?

No. You only pay the regular tuition fees. We do offer coupons on some classes that are not offered by the Provider, so in some cases you will be paying less.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel within 48 hours Connect2Classes will refund 100% of your money. If you cancel after 48 hours, you will do so with the Education Provider of your course and will be subject to their cancellation policies. See their policies on the class detail pages.

To cancel within 48 hours just send an email to letting us know you need to cancel the class you just registered in.

How will I receive my confirmation?

As soon as you register on Connect2Classes both you and the Education Provider will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. You may also receive a confirmation from the Education Provider.

Do I need to register at the school too?

No, although in the case of some colleges, you will be contacted separately for payment. It will be clear when you register whether you are expected to pay upon registration, or will be contacted later.
