Make a Leather Clutch Wallet

Make a Leather Clutch Wallet

Spend two hours in the Moxie & Oliver studio and create your own custom clutch wallet! Starting with pre-cut leather pieces, you will learn how to permanently add color and pattern to this unique material as well as hand-stitching. At the end of the class you will go home with a finished piece.

During this workshop participants will design and create their own vegetable tanned leather wallet. No prior experience is necessary. Students will start with a pre-cut piece of leather to personalize with their choice of pattern and color. Students are encouraged to bring sketches and ideas of the design that they wish to put on the piece. Students will learn about working with vegetable tanned leather and how to add pattern and color permanently to this unique material. Students will go home with a completed piece.

Finished dimensions approximately 8″ x 4-3/4″

Our classes are small (four to six students) and held in our Kenmore area working leathercraft studio. Come ready to learn, and to become thoroughly addicted to your new hobby! Come with questions, and leave with your very own leather wallet that you made yourself!
