The course is helpful with some good techniques. The instructor, Jamie kept the class happening with group discussions and activities. It maybe interesting to add some newer or more innovative material to the training as we have already seen some of this material and were expecting more creative ways of learning.

The content was great but I think it would be helpful to manage expectations in terms of who would be a good candidate for the training. My supervisor sent me because she wants me to build better relationships with executive leadership that will help me move up within the organization. Most of the folks in the class, however, appeared to be taking the training because they have had issues with their colleagues. So perhaps breaking it down to two types of ""building better work relationships"" would be helpful one for folks who have struggled to have good relationships in the past, and having one for ""strategic"" relationships?
