Attended: Developing Your Analytical Skills: How to Research and Present Information
The word "right" had to have been said at least 1,000+ times on the first day of the course. This made listening to the instructor extremely distracting. The second day was a little better because there was more group work, however, the extreme use of the word "right" continued.

Excellent! It is remarkable to think I had only 16 hours (4 classes, 4 hours each) to learn a technique, work with 3 people I didn't know from different parts of the country, and develop a persuasive presentation on implementing a program within a corporation. And we completed it successfully. That's only 2 working days! The information presented will definitely help me in future analysis and presentations.
