my only complaint is that I had an unusual score on one of the tests and the instructor did not know how to interpret it (she had me take it again and I got the same score) and she didn't look into it and get back to me with what it meant (I left feeling awkward and embarrassed about my score)

Class size was small (5 participants), but the instructor effectively tailored the training to fit the class size. The participant materials could have been better organized as a reference guide (descriptive tabs) and some of the exercises were unnecessarily confusing.
