After completing this course, participants will be able to:

Enhance employee performance and communication with a four-step coaching model
Improve productivity and quality by coaching underperforming employees
Increase engagement and prevent turnover by coaching high potential employees
Requests for cancellation received at least 48 hours prior to the class date will be accepted and the class fee will be refunded in full. For cancellations received within 48 hours of the class date, and for participants who fail to attend the class, no refund will be issued.
