Negotiating for Results, The Power of Know is a highly interactive exploring the ways people negotiate to create value and resolve disputes. Designed both to improve understanding of the negotiation process and to build negotiations skills, the curriculum integrates research from academic fields with experiential learning exercises.
- Learners who take this course increase their ability to influence peers, persuade teams members, improve financial terms, decrease costs, and influence the decisions of others.
- The course focuses on a powerful process of negotiations planning, emphasizing the What, the How and the Who of negotiations.
- This course also counts for 20 SHRM and HRCI recertification credit hours or 2 University credits.
