Mixology at indi chocolate: Infusing, Garnishing, Mixing

mixologyclass

indi chocolate and Eat Seattle are partnering up to offer a mixology class in Pike Place Market. Eat Seattle’s mixologist Eric Olinsky will be making cocktails using indi chocolate products and will demonstrate how to use cocoa nibs, mole rubs and teas in creative ways. This class is extra special because it takes place in Pike Place after hours. Must be 21 or over to take this class.

What’s included:

  • 2 cocktails using alcohol from local distilleries
  • Take home shot glasses
  • 10% off of market partner vendors (including indi chocolate products)
  • Chef made biscuits

Format is a combination of hands-on and demonstration to ensure that our guests get the most of the teachings and those that would like to participate can do so.

Tax added at checkout.

Note: Our mixologist will meet the group at Victor Steinbruek Park 2001 Western Ave, between the two totem poles – located at the North entrance to Pike Place Market. You will be escorted to indi chocolate, located in the new part of the market at 1901 Western Ave., Suite D, Seattle – see you there!

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. It rains often in Seattle so we keep all tours operating regardless of the weather. Fortunately, a good deal of the tour is covered.

Eat Seattle

Eat Seattle's hands-on cooking class experience consists of a tour through the famous Pike Place Market where the chef will explain the local and seasonal produce as he/she selects the ingredients for the menu being cooked. The group ends up in the beautiful Atrium kitchen in the market where the chef instructs the preparation of the menu; providing tips on cooking techniques, information about the meal and tidbits of Seattle’s history. We then sit down to indulge in our gourmet dishes. All ingredients used are sourced in the Northwest and 100% organic. The menus are thoughtfully designed to learn new techniques, maximize seasonal flavors and inspire your inner-chef to replicate these recipes at home.
