Thanksgiving Harvest Family Cooking Class

For this Thanksgiving season… Join us on a family-friendly cooking adventure as we explore the Americas from North to South and the bounty that grows throughout! We’ll work with heritage foods and grains such as potatoes, corn, beans, squash, and more. At the end, we’ll take time to enjoy the bountiful meal we create. We’ll work through basic cooking techniques such as knife skills, sauteing/braising, baking, and seasoning. Come hungry- we’ll prepare a main dish, two sides, and a dessert. Spend some quality time with your friends or family this season celebrating the harvest this land has to offer!

Ages 4+, adult buddies encouraged!

Class price includes skilled instructors, all supplies needed, and a full meal! Accommodations for dietary restrictions made upon request. 

In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be processed by the Friday prior to class.

Seattle Cucina Cooking School

We offer creative, hands-on cooking classes for kids, teens, and families. Join us at our Learning Kitchen at the Queen Anne Fishermans Terminal for a day of delicious fun!

Classes are for students of all ages and skill levels. Offerings for 2019 include dumplings, French galettes, Maki sushi, ramen, knife skills, Italian pastries, fresh pasta, Phad Thai and more!

We also offer our classes in partnership with schools, community centers, and other organizations in the Seattle Area.
