I have been exercising and getting bodywork for years to manage the pain from old whiplash injuries and years of sitting at a desk job. After taking Mary's MELT class I have noticed a new level of comfort and ease. Mary teaches MELT in a systematic way, breaking each process down into small, easy-to-understand chunks, and explaining how each part of the process affects the body. Mary and MELT have given me wonderful tools to hydrate my fascia, improve my posture, and relieve and prevent pain.

I have been studying yoga with Christy Fisher for 10 years and I have absolutely no back pain. I feel better and stronger than I did 10 years ago!
