Slurp it up: fresh ramen is the absolute best! In this advanced class, young cooks will learn how to make scratch ramen noodles, using a secret ingredient that gives them their classic color and flavor! Next, learn how to make flavorful tonkatsu (pork) broth or veggie miso and corn broth. We’ll chop up a myriad of toppings and finish off our bowls with a soft-boiled egg and optional soy-glazed pork belly. Chopsticks provided!

We offer creative, hands-on cooking classes for kids, teens, and families. Join us at our Learning Kitchen at the Queen Anne Fishermans Terminal for a day of delicious fun!
Classes are for students of all ages and skill levels. Offerings for 2019 include dumplings, French galettes, Maki sushi, ramen, knife skills, Italian pastries, fresh pasta, Phad Thai and more!
We also offer our classes in partnership with schools, community centers, and other organizations in the Seattle Area.
