Learn the art of hand rolling Maki sushi rolls! Start by mastering your knife skills with a myriad of classic and off-the-wall fillings, sure to excite anyone. With traditional bamboo mats, kids will then get to roll their own unique sushi rolls. Next we will learn to make mochi, the gooey, yummy rice “dumpling” from scratch and fill it with your choice of ice cream.

We offer creative, hands-on cooking classes for kids, teens, and families. Join us at our Learning Kitchen at the Queen Anne Fishermans Terminal for a day of delicious fun!
Classes are for students of all ages and skill levels. Offerings for 2019 include dumplings, French galettes, Maki sushi, ramen, knife skills, Italian pastries, fresh pasta, Phad Thai and more!
We also offer our classes in partnership with schools, community centers, and other organizations in the Seattle Area.
