Learn basic alignment, posture, belly rolls, graceful arms, fast hips, fun dance combos, and much, much more. Belly dance is a powerful way to lose weight, burn calories, strengthen the core, sculpt the body, and shimmy the night away. Lets dance! Dress in comfortable tank top and yoga pants. Bring pen and notebook to class. Beginning and continuing students welcome! Class includes a membership to the Wellness Center.
